Todd Mahar founded Forge Point Advisory to help organizations turn capable people and individual effort into coordinated performance.
A retired U.S. Marine Corps colonel, Todd brings more than three decades of experience leading teams, developing leaders, and guiding organizations through uncertainty and change. His career included command of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, service as Military Aide to the Vice President of the United States, and a National Security Affairs Fellowship at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University.
Those experiences inform a practical approach: understand what is actually happening, identify the problems creating the most friction, and help people act with shared purpose and clear responsibilities.
Todd works alongside leaders to translate insight into useful changes in everyday work. He values candid conversations, thoughtful decisions, and accountability grounded in trust. His focus is on strengthening the leaders and routines that allow a team to sustain improvement and adapt as conditions change.
Through Forge Point, he applies that experience to the leadership, team, and operating challenges facing businesses, franchise operators, and other organizations.
